REFECTION

In this English course I get an experience and I learn a lot of things that It help me to know and to understand how to prepare for meeting and for presentation.

In this Corse I learn how to organize the meeting by order I idea and how to discuss with the member who are in the meeting . also I learn how to be confidant in the meeting when you are giving your opinion and to be confidant when there are a lot of member in the meeting  and to how to respect the other member when the speak and we should give him our attention . also I learn how to do presentation and how to speak when there are lot of audience .in the first presentation that I done it ,before I represent I was very worry about it and after I done it I feel  comfortable  and relaxing ,but I done some mistake like the eye contact was not good and the sound was quite but when I done the second presentation I found it very easy to do it also I avoid the mistake that I done it in the first presentation . Also I learn a lot of word by doing the vocabulary list , and now I have a lot of word that I can use it in my life.

In conclusion I learn a lot of thing in this course and now I will be able to organize the meeting also I can be a chairman in the meeting and I can do any presentation without any worry and it will be nice.

Awad’s and Khalifa’s talked about an important issue which is Ozone depletion. They introduced their topic in a good way by asking question to the audience. Then they mentioned their outline which is was organized in a simple way and easy to understand it.Started by explaining the cases of Ozone depletion, and how it’s happed. Also they mentioned the suggested solutions for that issue.

  The introduction was more than great, but they didn’t have a loads voice to listen to them, so nobody get attention while them presenting. In addition, the presentation slides were great with good colors to get attention except the points which was too long more than 6 words. Also they explained a picture of that case (Ozone depletion) which made the audience understanding. Moreover, a good eye contact and their movements to get the audience attention. Next, they had a great words and language which understand while they presented.

In conclusion, the presentation was great in general with some mistakes in their PowerPoint. Overall, Awad and Khalifa had a great delivery and sharing information.

Sami – formal presentation

          It was one of the interesting presentations in our class, he introduces himself and he makes the audience think by giving them question. Also he gave an example from his real life so he attends the audience attention.

         Zaid presentation was very nice and he has a good eyes contact with the audience also he stay in front the board with a few walks. He used not to help him to continue his presentation; also he was watching and explaining from the smart board. He has a clear language and different level of voice to make the audience attend his presentation. He organized his power point orderly and he has a nice smile face for the audience and he was very confident when he show and speak about his topic and he know a lot of information about his topic. The power point was very clear with a good clear color, nice background and the text had a good size that all of the audience seen it also he put a nice pitcher. he make the visuals for the audience very easy and he had a good contrast.

          In conclusion Zaid presentation was very nice and he gave an example from the his real life and he attract the audience attention by explain a several points about GPS and in the end he show an interesting video about the GPS and how its operate and how it is safe to use it also how the operation room manage it.   

meeting report

      I had a nice meeting with my friend in J33. We discus about an important problem in the collages in our country apically about the mixing gender and I was a group member in the meeting. It was an interesting meeting because we discus an important point and we try to found a solution to this problem. In my opinion our meeting had a good point, that we started with an interesting introduction and we get the audience attention, also all of our group had a clear voice and a good language and we gave a good solution by going to mixing collages and to know if the mixing are good for both gender or not. Also we had a few week point in our meeting like the conclusion was very short and we had missed to say (we will meet again to say what we discus in the next meeting) and the meeting had a small member it was 3 member. I learned a lot of skills from this meeting, how to organize the meeting and how you make your meeting interesting also I Larne from my partner how to be a note taker, the important thing is speak in the meeting and give your partner a chance to speak about his point and respect him. In the future I will be more confidence and I will give an example about any topic from the real life also I will try to be the chairman in the next meeting. I will do my best to manage it and it will choose important point from any topic and try to give a best solution.
